Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EaseFIT platform, website and related services. By creating an account or using EaseFIT, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using EaseFIT on behalf of a gym, studio or organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date so we can deliver the service reliably.

EaseFIT offers a free Starter plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually. Paid features are described on our pricing page.

Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to upgrade — nothing charges automatically when a trial ends. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, and we prorate upgrades.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or deceptive communications.

You are responsible for how you use AI features, including obtaining any consent required to record or transcribe calls with your members.

You retain ownership of the data you and your members add to EaseFIT. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service.

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

We work hard to keep EaseFIT available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access.

We may update, improve or modify features over time. If we make a material change that reduces core functionality, we will give you reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, EaseFIT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using EaseFIT and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, with notice where practical.
