EaseFIT ("we", "us") provides gym management software and AI tools for solo owners, studios and personal trainers. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We keep this policy in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, contact us and a real person will walk you through it.

Account information you provide when you sign up or book a demo — your name, email, gym or studio name, and team size.

Member and operational data you add to run your business — bookings, class schedules, attendance records, workout logs and payment status.

Usage data generated automatically when you use the product, such as device information, log files and the features you interact with.

To provide and improve the EaseFIT platform, including bookings, retention AI, the AI voice receptionist and performance reports.

To communicate with you about your account, respond to demo requests, and share product updates you can opt out of at any time.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our AI voice receptionist and accountability calls may process call audio and transcripts to answer questions, book classes and follow up with members.

This data is used to deliver the feature and improve accuracy. We do not sell call recordings or transcripts, and you can disable AI calling features at any time.

We share data with trusted service providers who help us run EaseFIT — for example hosting, payments and communications — under agreements that require them to protect it.

We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

You can access, correct, export or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. We honour those requests regardless of location.
